Large web and social media presence, established successful wedding venue business,
but word of mouth and past couples drives most of our new bookings.
The venue's rave reviews on line and social media are evidence that our clients, their
families, and guests thoroughly enjoy their experiences at our one-of-a-kind destination
location.
Book couples from Illinois, Milwaukee, Madison, Janesville, Rockford, Minnesota, and
Michigan areas. 98% of our business is not local Edgerton area.
Bring other revenue to area businesses in the form of restaurants, fuel stations, hotel
stays, things to do such as golfing, etc.
Ample parking on-site and easy access to the Interstate. This property can handle up
to 200 person parties with ease.
Potential expansion for new buyer:
A -- Expand the # of events to host in the seasonal 6-months. Current owner only wants
to book 50 wedding events max, but there are still open dates that could be booked if
buyer wanted to expand hosting more wedding events. Booked a total of 57 events for
2025.
B -- Expand the type of events for new bookings, particularly public such as offering
wine tastings, corporate events, for an additional revenue stream.
