Account Questions:

How do I join PropertyDrive?
Joining PropertyDrive and setting up an account is easy! Simply click here to fill out our membership enrollment form. Your account will be activated within 48 hours. We will send you an email confirmation once the activation process is complete.

I have changed companies. How do I set up a new account?
If your new company already has an active PropertyDrive membership, please simply contact your new company administrator and ask them to add you to their account.

If your new company does not yet have a PropertyDrive membership, we look forward to welcoming you as a member! Please simply complete our enrollment form here. We will activate your new account within 48 hours and send you an email confirmation.

How do I update my account information?
To update your account information, first please log into your PropertyDrive account. You can find a link to your account preferences on your PropertyDrive Dashboard or by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the website. Next, click on “Edit Account & Preferences,” make the changes and click on “Save.” Your updates will be instantaneous.

How do I add an agent to my company account?
New agents can only be added by a company administrator. To add an agent, first log into your PropertyDrive account. You can manage your company agents by clicking on your PropertyDrive Dashboard or by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the website to open a drop-down menu. You will be able to add as many agents as you wish and can determine their company access level during the adding process.

How do I remove an agent from my company account?
Agents can only be removed by a company administrator. To remove an agent from your account, first log into your PropertyDrive account. You can manage your agents by clicking on your PropertyDrive Dashboard or by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the website to open a drop-down menu. On the agents page you can change the status of the agent from Active to Withdrawn to remove them.

NOTE — IF AN AGENT IS WITHDRAWN, ANY PROPERTY IN WHICH THEY ARE LISTED AS THE PRIMARY AGENT WILL ALSO BE WITHDRAWN. If they are listed as the secondary agent on the property (co-agent), the property will remain active on PropertyDrive and will only be listed under the primary listing agent. As a rule of thumb, always check and reassign any properties listed under the agent you are deleting, even if they are listed as a co-agent.

How do I change my email preferences?
You can change your email preferences by logging into your PropertyDrive account and accessing your Dashboard or clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the page to open the drop-down menu. Click on “Edit Account & Preferences” to update your email preferences.

From here you can choose which emails you would like to receive, if you will be displayed in our Member Directory, and if you want to automatically have your properties included in the CIREX guide.


Listings, Broadcast System, Lists and Reports:

My listing is confidential – can I still advertise it on PropertyDrive?
Yes, you can still advertise your listing on PropertyDrive. Simply click on “Yes, please hide location of this property ” in the first step of adding your property . We will not show a map or address for confidential listings.

How can I create a flyer for my listing?
To create a flyer for your listing, please log into your PropertyDrive account and click on “Create PDF” on top of the property listing page.

How do I send a broadcast?
To send a broadcast, first log into your PropertyDrive account. On your Dashboard, click the “Email Broadcast” button to get to our broadcast email template. From here, you can attach your property and add a brief subject line and description before you go on to send the broadcast.

You can also broadcast any of your listings directly from the property page itself by clicking on the broadcast button in the upper right corner.

How do I create a report or a list?
Log into your account to create a list or a report. You may create the list or report directly from your search results by clicking on the corresponding button on the top of the search results page and following the instructions. You may also create new lists and reports from your Dashboard or by clicking on the “Lists & Reports” button in the navigation bar or selecting “Lists & Reports” from the drop-down menu under your profile picture in the upper right corner of the page.

What is the difference between Reports and Lists?
Your lists can include any search results and will be displayed directly on our website. Any updates to the listings on your lists will automatically be reflected in real time. You can email your lists to friends, colleagues, and clients so they can have a look at the specific properties you researched directly on PropertyDrive.

Reports are PDF files with your search results, which can include a cover page, company logo, and any attachments the listing agents provided for their properties. These reports offer a great and easy way to send a customized, professional report to a client or customer. PDF reports are static, so please reprint to reflect any recent updates to the listings.

How much does a membership cost?

  • Real Estate Agents/Brokers: Annual Membership is $95 per company. Each company may have an unlimited number of users as long as they are (1) listed under the same location and (2) are invoiced on a single invoice. Additional offices or locations can be added for $25 each. Click here to enroll today!
  • Affiliate Members: An Affiliate/Unlicensed membership is available for $175.00 annually. Each company may have an unlimited number of users as long as they are (1) listed under the same location and (2) are invoiced on a single invoice. How much does it cost to list properties on PropertyDrive?
Real Estate Agents/Brokers: Listings fees are based on a tiered structure depending on the number of listings your company has on PropertyDrive. The current monthly rates are:

  • First 4 ads – $15 each
  • Next 5 ads – $11.25 each
  • Additional ads – $7.50 each

Affiliate Members:
Marketing and listing a commercial property for sale or lease can be done for a fee of $25.00/per month/per listing.

What is the difference between PropertyDrive and CIREX and why am I getting two invoices?
PropertyDrive and CIREX are two separate local companies working together to get your properties viewed. PropertyDrive is an online listing service for commercial properties. CIREX is a printed guide distributed throughout the Madison / Dane County area.

When adding a listing on PropertyDrive.com, you can choose to have it included CIREX Printed Guide for an additional fee. If you select to have your property listed in the CIREX Printed Guide, PropertyDrive will automatically provide your listing information to CIREX.

A separate monthly fee applies for each member choosing to include their listings in the CIREX Printed Guide. PropertyDrive and CIREX invoice separately for the annual membership fee and all applicable listing fees. Please click here to view PropertyDrive’s membership and listing fees.
