Dylan's Biography

Dylan graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2024 with a Bachelor’s in Communication & Rhetoric. His interest in commercial real estate began early in college; as a sophomore, he managed a 10,000 square foot multifamily property, handled daily operations, and raised capital for six major renovations. He interned with Artis REIT—twelve properties in Middleton, Wisconsin totaling 1.8 million square feet—supporting office lease transactions for over 50,000 square feet and gaining practical market knowledge. Licensed in real estate since June 2024, Dylan applies expertise in landlord representation at a local brokerage: Madison Commercial Real Estate. He focused on connecting with clients, anticipating needs, and delivering clear, tailored solutions. His approach is straightforward, honest, methodical, and defined by results. Nine months later, Dylan was recruited by T. Wall Enterprises Mgt, LLC, a local, well-known, multi-family developer. His duties are a blend of responsibilities: to support commercial lease-up efforts for existing, new, and planned developments as a Leasing Representative. He also contributes to capital-raising initiatives for new projects as the company expands across Wisconsin. His role is defined by adaptability and results—a combination of market engagement and practical execution.
