Shane's Biography

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Shane Thomas brings over 20 years of diverse experience across the full spectrum of commercial real estate including commercial and investments. His career began in Madison, where he specialized in restaurant leasing, before expanding to Milwaukee to work with national brands such as Walgreens, Best Buy, and Starbucks. Over the years, he has represented both private clients and government entities in the leasing, purchase, sale, and disposition of commercial assets statewide. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran who served with distinction—including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2002—Shane combines military precision with business acumen to deliver strategic, results-driven outcomes. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, grounding his approach in both people-focused insight and analytical expertise. Now based at Keller Williams Commercial in Madison, Shane focuses on Dane County properties and provides fellow agents with a trusted partner for commercial transactions.
