Eric's Biography

After receiving his Real Estate Salespersons License, Eric started working for Madison Commercial Real Estate. Eric’s primary focus is on Tenant Rep and Site Selection for Science & Technology, Laboratory R&D, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Office properties. Eric is a member of the Commercial Brokers Group, Inc. (CBG) and the Commercial Associates of Realtors, Wisconsin (CARW). In addition to working with Tenants and Business Owners to find the right space/site to meet their needs Eric also offers a unique opportunity to assist in space planning & design. His expertise includes: Laboratory Design Consulting, Space Programming, Equipment Planning, Marketing, Business Development, and Architectural Photography.
