David's Biography

David grew up on a farm in Central WI and has resided in Dane County since 1999. He and his wife, Rachel have lived in the Town of Bristol for thirteen years with their four children. David is President of Baehr Inc., a real estate brokerage firm established in 1995. He is also a 1031 tax deferred exchange specialist. In 2003, he started the Investor’s Club as a way to keep Baehr Inc.’s clients and customers informed of the ever-changing world of investment real estate. Baehr Inc.’s client base continues to flourish in the commercial and investment segments with a membership of over 20,000. David has served as a member of the City of Sun Prairie’s Comprehensive Planning Committee and the Business Ad Hoc Committee for Economic Development. In addition, he is active in a variety of professional and community organizations including local and national real estate boards, Sun Prairie Lions Club, the East Side Club (Former President), Starion Bank Advisory Board and Habitat for Humanity of Dane County. David owns a real estate portfolio of approximately 700 units with the help of his great staff and companies, Ursa Management and Prairie Construction. David is also an owner and serves on the Board of Directors of American Extractions. AE has produced the world's first CBD nano-ionized distillate using Cellular Deconstruction™ Technology.
